Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your coaching time is reserved just for you. In the spirit of mutual respect and commitment: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being counted as used (non-refundable). No-shows will also be considered a used session. One-time emergency reschedule grace may be granted at the coach’s discretion. This policy ensures consistency, respect for both our time, and supports accountability in your coaching journey.
